Tanagers to New World Blackbirds
Tanagers are a very large group of mainly beautifully coloured small passerines, including some of the world's most fabulously attired birds. Most Tanagers are South American and nearly all feed on a mixed diet of fruits (and insects) as can be seen by the number I have photographed feeding on bananas at feeding stations!
